On Thursday, December 18 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern, Orchestras Canada is presenting the next in our free Digital Strategies webinars, this one entitled Taking Your Master Recording to the Commercial Market.
In this action-packed hour-long session, Thom McKercher (National Sales Manager for Classics and Jazz at Universal Music Canada) and Randy Barnard (formerly of CBC Records, and now consulting to Orchestras Canada, among others) will guide us through the process of bringing a recording to buyers—dealing with all aspects of budgeting, and considerations ranging from cover art to distribution and beyond.
