With the continued success of their national campaign to engage the arts across Canada, Artspoints Rewards is now moving to phase two of our development: signing up retail and business partners. They report that they have already had a number of positive conversations with national retail and media groups, all of whom have expressed enthusiasm for our program. The next few months will see Artspoints Reward continue to promote the program to arts groups, while seeking the participation of retail and business organizations. If you or anyone in your organization is aware of any retailers or businesses that will benefit by being part of Artspoints Rewards, please pass along their contact information to Sonny Wong at 604.669.2447 x15 or sonny@artspoints.com if you know of a retail opportunity for Artspoints Rewards.
The next Artspoints Rewards webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, April 6th at 2PM (EST). If you’d like to learn more about the program, click here to register now.

Last week, we included an article about Artspoints Rewards in Orchestra News. Artspoints is a new arts loyalty program being developed to encourage consumers to collect points and redeem them for rewards in arts and culture. Orchestras with unsold seats could offer them up to the rewards program; when they are redeemed, orchestras would be paid for them, at whatever price they have set.
To date, 37 Vancouver-area arts organizations, including the Vancouver Symphony, have expressed their support and Artspoints Rewards has begun talking to national partners. To make the program work, Artspoints Rewards needs support from companies across Canada. Artspoints is hosting a webinar on 7 October 2009 at 11am PST for anyone interested in learning more information. The details of the webinar are below and you can visit Artspoints website here. Space is limited to 25 attendees, so sign up today!

The Vancouver Symphony is one of many Vancouver-area arts organizations taking part in a new arts loyalty program, Artspoints Rewards.
Artspoints Rewards will encourage consumers to collect points and redeem them for arts and culture products and services, principally concert tickets. Orchestras projecting unsold seats for upcoming performances could make those seats available to the rewards program; when Artspoints are redeemed for tickets, the orchestras would be paid for them, at whatever price they have set.
To date, 37 Vancouver-area arts organizations have expressed their support and Artspoints Rewards has started to talk with prospective national retail partners. To make the program work, Artspoints Rewards needs the involvement of arts organizations from across Canada.
For more information about the program, please contact Mo Dhaliwal, of Artspoints Rewards, at 604-669-2447 ext. 35 or visit here.
