OCSM Internet Guidlines
Because of the rapid development of media distribution and the increasing demand on Locals to incorporate media language in CBAs, the following guidelines were developed by the AFM Canadian Office and OCSM Media Committee. These are not intended as iron-clad rules, but as standards to be taken into consideration when media clauses are discussed in the larger context of orchestra contracts.
