Orchestras Canada, with the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, has commissioned fund development expert Cynthia Armour to create a Fundraising Diagnostic Tool (FDT), specifically for Ontario’s Small Budget Orchestras. The FDT was created in October 2014. It takes the form of a 10-question survey that explores your current structures, human resources and systems for fund development.
An introductory webinar to the FDT was presented on October 23, 2014, as part of Orchestras Canada’s small budget orchestra webinar series 2014-15. In this webinar, Cynthia Armour takes you through the whys and wherefores, question by question.
Results from 22 completed surveys were presented by Cynthia Armour on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at the Small Budget Orchestra Conference in Toronto.
