This code of ethics was prepared by the Organization of Canadian Symphony, the American Federation of Musicians, and Orchestras Canada in 2006, and is reviewed periodically by representatives of the three organizations.
The purpose of this code is to ensure that fair auditions occur and to promote the selection of the right candidate for the orchestra.
