Ontario-based not for profit organizations need to meet the customer service standards outlined in the new Access for Ontarians with Disabilities legislation, effective January 2012 – and the standards are not solely around accessibility to buildings, either. The Ontario Non-Profit Network is offering a series of free webinars to help not-for-profits of all sizes understand the new legislation and develop policies and procedures that will ensure that they are not only compliant with the law, but also welcoming to all Ontarians.
